Are you out of shape, or lack fitness. There are a number of ways to tone up and get into shape without spending a fortune, in the comfort of your own home. This is something applies to both parents and is not exclusive to either. All you need is a small space. A regular time table and the disclipine. This can save you money on memberships, Builds your stamina, general fitness, your immune system. Trips to the doctors can be avoided also.
5 ways to get into shape without spending a fortune.
1. Walking
We need to walk at some point during the day! So whether you are walking to the shop, the school its great as you are indirectly exercising! If you have a pet make sure you get out there and walk.If you feel the need to ask a neighour to go with you then do so
2. DVD’s
Go to the charity shop and pick up a work out DVD. You might get alot of fun out of watching them.
3. Old Kit
Be on the look out for old gym stuff, dumbells, skipping ropes etc. A punch bag even if you have the space for it. Some one may offer you an old exercise ball. All this can be used in a routine.
4. Drills
Press ups, sit ups, Star jumps can all be done in the privacy of your home with absolutely no money spent.
5. Get on your bike
Cycling can do alot for your legs and your lungs bum and your confidence. If you alraedy an exercise bike. Its time to get on it. If nopt and you have a bike which has been sitting around for a while, Get in checked out and start.
