There is life after divorce, we have all heard that, and yet for some people the ‘idea’ is difficult to grasp. It seems so far away and completely alien to us. We get so caught up in our heads that we can’t actually see it. So how do you experience well-being after divorce? It is actually already there within you.
You Need New thinking
What is keeping you stuck is a simple misunderstanding. It has nothing to do with anything or anyone out there, it can only happen from within, even though it looks like it is coming from your current situation. It actually comes from thought in the moment. In order to see it for yourself, you need new thinking. It seems so difficult to reach and yet new thinking is always possible.
You Need A Clear Mind
New thinking comes from a clear mind. And a clear mind is our natural state. The only thing getting in the way is… well, your thinking. Something extraordinary happens when your mind clears: you feel much better, you perform better and the quality of your thinking improves. Happiness and well-being are our default settings: If only we could find the reset button! Well it’s not exactly a button, but I promise you it is always there. No matter how hard the situation, just like the sun is always shining, your happiness and
wellbeing are just behind the clouds.
Happiness does not lie in the outside world.
Circumstances and people cannot give you happiness. So how do you reach this state of mind?
There is nothing to do
You don’t actually have to do anything, no positive thinking, no mantras, no techniques. The more your force it, the further away you are from living a truly happy life. We are very lucky to have this amazing intelligent built-in system allowing us to self-correct automatically, should you wish to recognise it. All you need is deeply understand where your experience is coming from. Don’t try to figure it out! Simply accept my invitation and join me on a thought diet, we are not counting calories but we will be dropping a lot of weight off our minds, effortlessly.
